What you can expect from us

Your date of admission and appointments for preliminary medical examinations will be arranged with your doctor according to your needs. You will receive all the information - including checklists - for your admission in advance.

During the anaesthesia consultation on the phone or on-site, you will learn important information about the planned anaesthesia. Therefore, please respond to our call or arrive on time for the on-site appointment. Insurance

Swiss domiciled patients

Patients insured in Switzerland (general, semi-private and private as well as accident and illness) can be treated at the Privatklinik Obach.

Cost approval

Prior to the patient's admission, the Privatklinik Obach requests a cost approval for the stay from the health insurance company or accident insurance company. If the health insurance or accident insurance does not guarantee full cost coverage, a deposit may have to be paid before admission. In this case, you will be informed in advance by our patient administration.

Billing

We prepare the bill in accordance with the contracts concluded with the insurance companies and in accordance with the valid health insurance tariffs of the Canton of Solothurn. We settle directly with the Swiss health insurance companies. You will therefore only receive an invoice for the services that are not covered by the health insurance (for example, telephone costs, costs by your guests, etc.). For quick billing, the patient administration is dependent on correct insurance information.

We are at your disposal for any questions you may have!
