Dr Petrovic joins Swiss Visio Beau-Rivage
Dr Aleksandra Petrovic trained in ophthalmology at the Hôpital Ophtalmique Jules Gonin, and obtained her doctorate from the University of Lausanne in 2014, followed by her European Board in 2015. She spent a year at the Fondation Rothshild-Hôpital Claude Bichat in Paris, in the cornea and ocular surface department.
In November 2015, she returned to Switzerland to work at the Jules Gonin Ophthalmic Hospital, initially as Head of Clinic and then as a hospital doctor in the Cornea and Refractive Surgery Department until 2022.
She specialises in refractive surgery, cataract surgery and diseases of the cornea and ocular surface.
Since 2023, she has had her own practice in Lausanne.
