Goodbye glasses and contact lenses!

Read the interview with Dr Alexandre Martinez, FMH specialist in ophthalmology and ophthalmosurgery, who explains the various components of refractive surgery.

Do you suffer from refractive errors and want to do without outside help? With refractive surgery, you can treat this problem permanently.

In the November issue of Salle d'attente magazine, Dr Alexandre Martinez, FMH specialist in ophthalmology and ophralmosurgery, explains this treatment, which has been tried and tested for over 35 years.

Refractive errors are caused by a cornea that is either too curved or not curved enough, and an eye that is either longer or shorter than normal. Light is therefore not focused on the retina, resulting in a blurred image.

Myopia, presbyopia, hyperopia and astigmatism can be corrected by laser surgery (unless there are contraindications) or by fitting an implant.
