Specialist in anaesthesiology, FMH
Dr Nadia Guzman-Dettori attended school in the canton of Neuchâtel, where she began her medical studies, continuing and completing them in Lausanne in December 1999.
After 2 years of internal medicine and general surgery, she began her specialisation in anaesthesiology and intensive care at the CHUV, first with 18 months of research, which enabled her to obtain her doctorate, and then in the clinic. Her training took place mainly at the CHUV, but also at the Hôpital de La Chaux-de-Fonds (2004-2005) and the Hôpital cantonal de Fribourg (2007-2008).
After obtaining her FMH, in May 2014 she began training in interventional analgesia at the CHUV's analgesia centre under the clinical direction of Dr Antonio Foletti. Since 1 November 2015, she has worked mainly in Neuchâtel, at the Pain Centre set up on the site of the Hôpital de la Providence.
