After graduating from the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Geneva in 1993, Jessica Moreillon trained in anaesthesiology at Geneva University Hospitals (HUG), in Professor Clergue's department, as an assistant doctor from 1999 to 2002 and then as head of clinic until 2007. She then worked as Senior Consultant in Anaesthesiology at the Riviera Chablais Hospitals, while maintaining a consultancy position at the HUG.

In July 2020, she joined the anaesthesiology team at the Clinique Générale Beaulieu.
