Our equipment

Strength and stabilometric platform

BTS P6000: 4 active force platforms with vector analysis

It is the first digital modular floor for force analysis in walking, jumping and running.

The BTS P-6000 allows ground reaction forces to be measured over its entire surface area, enabling the static and dynamic postural condition of a subject to be analysed.

The subject can move without conditioning on the BTS P-6000 and every contact on the floor can be used for the dynamic analysis of the motor gesture, making it an indispensable tool for understanding the problems of patients with serious motor impairments, for performing postural biofeedback exercises and for optimising the performance of athletes.

ExciteBike Med is a medically certified cardiovascular ergometer that allows you to train and test, as well as being compatible with external measurement devices such as electrocardiographs.

Leg Press Med

Leg Press MED, thanks to the exclusive MRS (Multiple Resistance System), has five different training modes, combining two products in one: isotonic mode and elastic resistance mode. The ideal machine for improving sports performance or for functional rehabilitation programmes.

Leg Extention/Curl Selection Compact 700

Optimises conditioning of ischiocratic and quadriceps muscles with a single piece of equipment. Expands exercise variety with less equipment.

Easytech Genuplus

Easytech Gen uplus is an isokinetic dynamometer for the evaluation and rehabilitation of the knee flexor-extensor function. It is designed to test and exercise the knee in isokinetic mode, i.e. imposing a constant angular velocity movement on the joint. The isokinetic mode results in an accommodating resistance for the patient and provides the patient with the ability to work with maximal force throughout the range of motion, regardless of the advantage/disadvantage of the knee's biomechanical leverage.

The isokinetic device is in effect a dynamometer, i.e. an instrument capable of measuring force and angle values throughout the entire range of motion. The instruments in the Genu line become essential for testing, rehabilitation and training of the flexor-extensor function of the knee.

Iso Inertial Device

MEC Training Iso Inertial Platform

Isoinertia training is an innovative concept in therapeutic exercise and sports performance. The difference between isoinertial training and other training methods lies in the way resistance and speed are trained depending on the isoinertial activation (the greater the active impulse given by the user in the first exercise phase, the greater and opposite will be the resistance in the return phase by the device).

What is the definition of the term isoinertial?

The word isoinertial originates from the fusion of the term 'iso' meaning 'equal' and the term 'inertia' meaning 'resistance'. Performing a gesture, a specific movement (upper and/or lower limbs) produces a force on the machine, which responds, in the return movement, with an equal and opposite force, stimulating first concentric and then eccentric muscle work patterns.

How did the first isoinertial machines come into being?

The concept of isoinertial training and the use of isoinertial machines is fairly recent, but there are already many professionals who have discovered the benefits of isoinertial training for our bodies.

The first isoinertial machines were designed for the exclusive training and use of astronauts as a form of exercise independent of gravity. The isoinertial devices allowed them to combat the loss of body and muscle mass due to the absence of gravity and, at the same time, achieve a better performance of eccentric muscle contraction due to the force of the flywheel of inertia.

Isoinertial exercise allows training both the concentric phase (contraction of the muscle) and the eccentric phase (stretching of the muscle against resistance). Isoinertial training ensures correct body posture and implies greater motor coordination than other types of training. It can be used to stimulate exercises with specific sporting gestures, and can be used both to supplement training sessions and to assist post-injury rehabilitation programmes, increasing functional results.

Tecar

Wintecare T-Plus model for tecar therapy

T-PLUS represents the state-of-the-art in Tecar technology. An electromagnetic stimulator of blood perfusion that accelerates the physiological processes underlying functional recovery, makes biomechanics more efficient, and improves metabolism. T-Plus is a medical device belonging to the category of capacitive and resistive energy transfer, which can be summarised by various acronyms, including C.R.E.T. T-Plus therefore fulfils all the necessary characteristics for the fields of application of so-called tecar therapy, but at the same time is much more than that. Unlike other equipment in the same category, T-Plus gives the operator the ability to transfer measurable, precise and safe amounts of extremely modulated energy. It is therefore the ideal tool for many fields of physiotherapy, sports and body conditioning. Any instrumental physical therapy device is based on the transfer of energy to the tissue in order to stimulate a therapeutic effect.

Fitness equipment

Rack 120x180x270 model MAGNUM XRIG with Xenios Power Lifting Cage
