1st in-house training module in the ‘Entrepreneur du futur’ programme
As part of the first edition of the ‘Entrepreneurs of the Future’ programme launched by Swiss Medical Network, the first training module was held last week at the Clinique de Valère.
On the topic of proximity management, participants were introduced to the theoretical foundations of the manager's role in 2024.
During the day, Anne Gillioz, director of the clinic and promoter of an internal training programme for managers, presented the importance of the manager's objectives and mission.
The session was punctuated by a series of real-life examples and covered key topics such as recruitment, conflict management and team development through practical workshops and role-plays.
This module will be followed by an immersion in the daily life of a manager, allowing participants to discover this role during a week in a specific clinic department.
