Patient Safety Week

As part of the Patient Safety Action Week, a « Room of Errors » has been set up at the clinic to raise awareness among our teams about the importance of patient safety.

The « Room of Errors » is a widely used educational tool in the medical field. Our healthcare professionals had the opportunity to sharpen their observation skills and apply their knowledge by identifying potential errors that could compromise patient safety during care. This fun and interactive experience, which can be done individually or in teams, enhances the ability to assess situations and recognize risks.

This initiative highlights the importance of interdisciplinarity and collaboration between medical and nursing teams, patients, and their families, all of which are essential to ensuring safe and high-quality care.
