Sale of Luzerner Höhenklinik Montana does not go ahead
The sale of Luzerner Höhenklinik Montana to Swiss Medical Network is not going ahead. LUKS Group and Swiss Medical Network have mutually agreed to abandon the sale due to the difficult economic environment of LHM, which has intensified in the last six months.
The LHM will continue to operate as a subsidiary of the LUKS Group, while the properties will remain the property of the Canton of Lucerne. There will be no changes for patients and employees for the time being.
