 «Adolescence, adulthood and maturity: three stages of life in which men have a duty to check their health, including sexual health, because each age has its own peculiarities, in terms of desires, needs, health and prevention of diseases related to the male sphere.» Speaking is urologist and andrologist Paolo Broggini, who firmly reiterates the importance of keeping a spotlight also on sexuality, the usually most secret sphere of our lives. An area in which, the specialist explains,  «As far as men are concerned, there is almost everything to do because the facts show that the male is ‘genetically’ disinclined to prevention.» In support of this, he talks about the study of the psychological profile of men, whose percentage inclined to care about their sexual health is very limited:  «Almost absent in young people, in adulthood it gets even worse because men are all absorbed in their careers and have no time ‘for these things,’ while it finally improves in old age, complicit with the fear of illness or death.»
