The rotator cuff can run into traumatic or degenerative conditions affecting tendons and muscles
«I feel pain when I raise my arm, it hurts when I rotate it or lower it...». These are the very common symptoms of shoulder problems, often due to injuries (but not limited to) that those who play sports or exercise can easily run into. One of the most common involves injury to the “rotator cuff”: a muscular and tendinous structure that connects the humerus and scapula, composed of four muscles and four tendons that allow movement of the joint and maintain stability and tightness of the shoulder.
