FMH Specialist in Anaesthesiology
After studying in Geneva and graduating as a doctor, he began his medical career with two years in internal medicine, before embarking on a training course in anaesthesiology in 2006, mainly in Geneva. He qualified as a specialist in anaesthesia and intensive care at the beginning of 2012. He has been Head of Clinic at Geneva University Hospitals since 2011, alternating between the Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care Departments (adults and paediatrics) and taking part in REGA on-call duty. These various roles enabled him to obtain the title of SSMUS Emergency Physician in 2015. In November 2015, he joined the clinic's group of accredited anaesthetists on a full-time basis, and continues to act as a consultant doctor in the HUG Anaesthesiology Department in order to continue to carry out helicopter rescue missions and to pursue his role as an instructor at the medical simulation centre (SimulHug).
