Inspiration Day 2024

On 21 November, the Inspiration Day took place at the Bellevue Palace in Bern, marking the start of the second year of the «Entrepreneur du futur» programme of the Swiss Medical Network Management Academy.

Under the direction of Babs Siclet, this programme offers an exciting 12-month format that aims to support young talents in their training paths. The goal is to sustainably develop their management skills, strategic thinking and entrepreneurial spirit.

The day's highlights included a panel discussion and a speed-dating session with members of Swiss Medical Network's Board of Directors and Executive Board. These interactive formats offered the young talents a unique opportunity for intergenerational exchange. Experienced entrepreneurs and young professionals discussed their visions for innovation and progress in the healthcare sector.
