Swiss Medical Network Management Academy

The Swiss Medical Network Management Academy trains young employees, supports them in their further development within the Group and promotes innovation and entrepreneurial spirit.

The directors of the clinics selects young talents to take part in a 12-month programme. During this time, they will gain insights into the various departments of Swiss Medical Network, including management, nursing, labour law, finance and language courses to emphasise the company's multilingualism. Accompanied by a mentor, they will have the opportunity to discover other clinics and work in interdisciplinary groups, which will ultimately broaden and deepen their skills.

This programme is designed to prepare them for management positions at Swiss Medical Network and to provide them with the necessary skills.

Class of 2025

This year, too, new young talents were identified in the group's clinics and entities. As in the previous year, they come from all language regions and all departments of the company. Together, they will complete the 12-month programme, where they will gain insights into the various areas of company management.

The Academy will once again start with Inspiration Day on 21 November 2024 at the Bellevue Palace in Bern.

For the eight young talents of the class of 2024-2025 of the Swiss Medical Network Academy, the training began on 21 November 2023, at the so-called «Inspiration Day» at the Bellevue Palace in Bern. This day offered a special opportunity for an exchange with the management and the board of directors and thus marked a brilliant starting point for the further 24 months.
