The Swiss Medical Network Management Academy trains young employees, supports them in their further development within the Group and promotes innovation and entrepreneurial spirit.
The directors of the clinics selects young talents to take part in a 12-month programme. During this time, they will gain insights into the various departments of Swiss Medical Network, including management, nursing, labour law, finance and language courses to emphasise the company's multilingualism. Accompanied by a mentor, they will have the opportunity to discover other clinics and work in interdisciplinary groups, which will ultimately broaden and deepen their skills.
This programme is designed to prepare them for management positions at Swiss Medical Network and to provide them with the necessary skills.
The training programme of the class of 2024-2025 is already halfway through. We have accompanied the young talents on their journey. They have already gained insights into management modules, patient services, our finance departments and the political field of public affairs.
