5th module of the internal training programme «Entrepreneur du futur»

The fifth internal training module of our Entrepreneur du futur programme took place at the Clinica Sant'Anna in Ticino. The module revolved entirely around the extensive topic of labour law.

Under the expert guidance of Veronica Rossinelli, Head of People Management Ticino, supported by Jessica Magurano, Head of People Management Romandie, the participants were able to gain a fascinating insight into the most important articles of labour law and combine theory with practical examples.

Aim of the module: to create a solid foundation for understanding the principles of labour law and how they are applied in day-to-day work, in order to better meet the challenges of human resources.
