«Entrepreneur du futur» kicks off its new edition with the «Management de proximité» module

What makes a good manager? This is the question that our «Entrepreneur du futur» are addressing with Anne Gillioz, operational director of the Clinique de Valère, in the internal training module «Management de Proximité» of the Swiss Medical Network Management Academy.

Anne Gillioz: leadership through experience

Anne Gillioz has an abundance of experience in the health sector and has held a management position at the Clinique de Valère for 10 years. Her objective: to encourage talent and pass on knowledge. 

Practical learning for the future

Practical workshops on behaviour, conflict management and team development provided an opportunity to learn key management skills. Participants will then spend a week immersed in the day-to-day running of the clinic, enabling them to apply what they had learned directly.
