Survey by Heime & Spitäler magazine on bistro trends
In future, we want to introduce further combo promotions such as aperitif cheese platters with regional wines.
The magazine Heime & Spitäler has published a survey in its latest issue that looks at current trends in hospital bistros.
The bistro at Privatklinik Lindberg was also included in this survey and was expertly represented by our Junior Hospitality Manager, Adrian-Raúl Nievergelt. The ongoing digitalisation, our sustainability concept and the menu preferences of our visitors were highlighted in particular.
The results of this survey provide exciting insights and show how the bistro at Privatklinik Lindberg responds to the needs of its guests.
