Course of the program

The initial assessment

During the initial consultation with our specialists, a global assessment will be established. Together with the therapists, you will define your objectives and the frequency of individual sessions over the coming weeks.

As part of a global approach, we can also offer you support from a psychologist and/or dietician.

Individual physiotherapy sessions

The physiotherapist will set up a muscle strengthening and flexibility program adapted to your abilities. In order to help you progressing, weekly objectives will be fixed.

Individual occupational therapy sessions

The occupational therapist will immerse you in your daily life to give you some advices on how to adapt your activities. Weekly objectives will also be fixed, in order to help you progressing

Group sessions

You will also be encouraged to participate in two group sessions. The first is a theory and discussion session, where you will have the opportunity to ask questions and share with people following the same program.  The second group session is a walking session, to enable our therapists to provide you with real-life recommendations
